Road To Mr. Brazil 2013: Mister Atol Das Rocas is Joel Cardoso

 

Joel Cardoso is the new Mister Atol Das Rocas. He'll compete at The 2013 Mister Brazil Pageant to be held in Portobelo Resort & Safari, Mangaratiba, Rio de Janeiro on 5 April. Joel is a model at Elite Model Look Brasil and stands 1.85m.
