New league feature- the weekly email

Howdy folks!Starting with the current Flames of War league, we will now send out a weekly email for all of our leagues. These emails will let folks know league relevant news, notify you of schedule changes, and will generally be the voice of the league. If you're a league member, or plan on playing in any of our leagues, be sure to add our email to your "safe senders" list so we don't end up in
